Standing upon a velvet-covered platform is a young girl with bisque head, brown glass paperweight inset eyes,dark painted curly lashes,brush-stroked brows,accented nostrils,open mouth,pierced ears with earringd, blonde mohair wig over cork pate,French carton torso and legs,wire upper arms,bisque forearms.

Very beautiful bebe wearing antique red silk and lace dress, hat, silk shoes and she is holding a woven basket in which is nestled a little bird; when wound,the girl turns her head side-to-side,nods,and lifts the lid of the basket as the bird awakens,while music plays.

Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1907 4.
