Of lustrous ivory silk satin, two pieces gown features a fitted hip-length jacket with fitted bodice and back, inset panel of pleated silk and lapeks. The jacket closes at the front with hook and eye, hidden by lapel. There are long double-seamed sleeves with lace edging. Wonderful and rare handmade Brussels needlepoint lace around the neckline at bthe back and over sleeves. The jacket decorated with silk ivory large bow at the back, small two silk bows at the front, narrow silk ribbons and fabric and wax flowers.

Wide bow pleayed skirt. and the hem decorated with embroidered lace. The gown is fully lined with cotton, adding to its softness. Hand stiched and some old machine. Very good condition to age, but fabris a little worn, and the righr sleeve has shabby part.

To fit doll about 25-27 inches (63-69 cm). Measures lacket 6.5" shoulder width (17 cm), the length 10" (25 cm) from center of neckline to center of the pleated panel, about 12" (30 cm) fron shoulder to dart-shaped forepart and 12.5" (31 cm) from neckline to hem at the back. 14" waist circumference (36 cm), 8" sleeve (20 cm), the skirt about 11" length (28 cm).
