The firm-sided box with original paper covers and oval medallion lettered "SERVICE DEJEUNER" opens to reveal a cream paper lined interior, and a white porcelain tea service with colorful floral transfers and gilt edging. Wonderful tea service for six, includes lidded teapot,lidded sugar,lidded creamer, six cups and saucers.
Excellent condition, France, c.1890-1900.

The box 14 1/2" x 12 1/4"x4" (38x31x10 cm),
the teapot 4" (10 cm) h., the cup 2" (5 cm) h., the saucer 4" (10 cm) diameter, the sugar 2" (5 cm) h., the creamer 2 1/2" (6 cm) h.
