Rare Antique French Original Huret Handkerchief Accessory in the Box Antique dolls at Respectfulbear.com

Rare to find Superb original Huret cambric handkerchief / hanky measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" (9.5 x 9,5 cm), with small antique cardboard box.

Good condition to age. Paris, Huret, c.1865.

This Handkerchief was presented in The Huret Book of Francois Theimer (page 103, copy look on the photos). "All the items of the outfit of the Huret doll are extremely refined, -written by expert. - And handkerchiefs are no exception to the rule. Embroidered outlines, printed decor, they always have crenellated edged with a festooned border with colored thread. The can be distinguished from imitations thanks to the quality and perfection of these embroideries".

Very rare find and very elegant accessory in the beautiful small box!
