This is manufacturer of bebes incassables (unbreakable dolls) locates at 3 rue des Haudriettes according to the 1894 edition of L'Annuaire du Commerce. The name Israel was on the inventory list of Francois Blampoix with profession listed as commercial agent.

Measures - 3" (7,5 cm) length, 1 1/4" (3 cm) wide.
