12" (30cm) x 9" (23cm) x 3 1/2" (9cm) box. 4 1/2" (11.5cm) carafe. A light-wood box with decorative paper covers and center medallion labeled DINETTE. The box with original paper lining hinges open to reveal well-fitted contents, primarily creamy faience with designs of flowers and leaves encircles, by blue and gold borders, along with rare teal blue glassware comprising two footed compotes, 2 carafes,four goblets, etc... An extensive luxury service indicative of French banquets of the era.
The set included AU BON MARCHE Paris store cart with girl and her doll.
Very good, unplayed with condition items still tied with rose silk ribbons in original box.
The box has factory mark H.R.
