Wonderful dropped waist blue silk dress features rounded neckline, coat sleeves with cuffs, pleated lower skirt, V-shaped front insert of light gray and blue flowers silk centered and closure with three buttons, rounded collar with blue edging, attached gathered self-fabrique panel at the back to give illusion of bustle, lace petticoat, decorated with blue silk bows and ivory soutache, fully hand stitched and lined with brown cotton.

Good condition to age.
