The neckline adjusting with narrow blue ribbon and the waist and waist adjusting with narrow cord.

14" (36cm) length, 9" (23 cm) waist, but can be adjusting for more small size with the cord), 4 1/2" (12cm) shoulders, 3 1/2" (9cm) sleeve.
