13" (33 cm) German bisque child "Baby Betty" by Marseille in factory original dress and coat

Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted features, open mouth with row of four tiny teeth, brunette mohair wig, smiling expression, five piece paper mache body, wearing factory original dress and blue serge coat with faux-ermine flannel collar, cuffs and muff.

Marks: made in Germany A 4/0 x M Baby Betty DRGM.
