Very rare EARLY Bru look Bebe Doll by Francois Gaultier.
Cabinet size little French Bisque F.G. Block Letter Bebe, circa 1870, 14" (35 cm). The back of her bisque head is incised F. 2/0 G.

She has a jointed composition & wooden French body with straight wrists.

Pale pressed bisque socket head, very full cheeks and throat, blue glass enamel inset eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecut, painted lashes, brushstroked and multi-feathered brows, shaded nostrils, accented eye corners, closed mouth with suggestion of teeth between the outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde lambswool wig over cork pate,

She is wearing antique lace dress with red silk lining, red velvet hat and vintage shoes.

The doll in very good condition, her head without hairline, cracks, any damages.
