Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked and multi-feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips,pierced ears, original blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden eight-loose ball fully-jointed original body and body finish.

Condition: generally excellent.

Marks: F.G. (in scroll) 5. (head). Comments: Gaultier Freres,circa 1885. An especially pretty early bebe with fine delicately-tinted bisque, beautiful blue eyes contrast with plump modeling and richly detailed decoration.
She is wearing very lovely antique costume, bonnet, undergarments, original leather shoes and socks.
