Condition: nearly imperceptible tiny hairline at right side forehead with professional restoration, otherwise excellent.
Marks: Sie C 3 (head,incised) J. Steiner Bte SGDG J. Bourgoin (ink script) Le Petit Parisien (black stamp on torso) J. Steiner 3 (eyes).
