Bisque socket head with plump rounded face, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, rose blushed eye shadow, accented nostrils, closed mouth, shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, original mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden body with straight wrists, nicely costumed.

Condition: generally excellent. Her bisque free of hairline, restoration, any damages. There is a tiny unpainted spot on the cheek — a factory flaw, barely visible and not affecting the doll’s appearance (please look last photo).
An original body, but the body has been repainted.

Marks: F 12 G (block letters).
Gaultier, circa 1880, earliest period of the firm's bebe; the exceptional beauty of the bebe is enhanced by most delicate complexion.
