This is series 187 from Lenci Catalogue of 1925. This rare and wonderful boudoir felt long-limbed Russian dancer doll has the pressed felt swivel head with painted facial features, blonde braided mohair wig, side-glancing blue eyes, dots accenting nostrils, jointed at shoulders and hips; wearing an elaborate costume with extensive embroidery and appliqué floral patterns and russian double eagle, a cotton blouse, leather embroidered boots, and a colorful headdress. Very rare and very beautifil boudoir doll of large size! Height 40in, good condition to age.
