Bisque socket head, beautiful amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, fine luminous bisque, brushstroked brows, closed mouth, outlined lips, original blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, with elaborate silk costume,"jeweled" head-dress and necklace. The popularity of the Russian-themed french bebe was occasioned by the Russian Tsar Alexander's visit to Paris in 1892.

Condition: generally excellent. Her bisque free of hairline, restoration, any damages. The body with original painting, some painting loss on the legs.

Mark: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 11 (head, and artist checkmarks) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body).
