A very suitable French desk accessory for your French fashion dolls especially, is this Ink Stand of pierced-carved bone. It is made in Dieppe (France), 1880s. Details include one glass inkwell with lids, a pen rest and a stamp. There is also a sepia-toned photograph of a French city Grenoble and mounted upon the base.
