Very beautiful antique French doll hat in vivid cobalt blue silk taffeta. The hat is finely constructed with a softly padded crown and finished with a twisted silk cord trim framing the shape. The back hat decorated with an exquisite circular panel of delicate net lace, richly adorned with raised floral embroidery in ivory tones.
The top is lavishly embellished with a bouquet of antique silk flowers in soft ivory shades, made from very fine, lightweight crushed silk muslin, giving an airy, softly textured effect.

The interior is lined in blue silk and tarlatan, with an original Paris maker’s label.

A refined and highly decorative piece, perfectly suited for a French bebe doll.

Good antique condition with normal signs of age.
