Very Rare Antique French Original Miniature Dance Card Book c.1870 with chatelaine

In mint condition is this hard to find little all original antique French dance-card/ carnet de bal with lily symbol of french royal!
Perfect for your fashion doll ! The front and back panels are of lily patterm, folding card.

Wonderful accessory for French Fashion doll.

It is in very good condition, circa 1870's.
The French monarchy possibly adopted the Fleur-de-lis for its royal coat of arms as a symbol of purity to commemorate the conversion of Clovis I, and a reminder of the Fleur-de-lis ampulla that held the oil used to anoint the king. So, the fleur-de-lis stood as a symbol of the king's divinely approved right to rule.

The measures: 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" (3 cm x 4.5 cm).
