Wonderful french poured wax fashion lady doll in original Russian costume.
Honey-toned poured wax shoulderhead of adult woman with slender face, elongated throat, modeled bosom, on padded and cloth wrapped armature form with attached cast metal stand, wax hands.
The doll is wearing her original attached satin and gold brocade gown with embroidered silk threads, coiffe of beads.
The doll has an original stand with inscription UNION DES ARTS 1915.

Condition: generally excellent.
French, circa 1915, from an exhibition of dolls created and presented to illustrate the splendor and artistry of French couture.
