Bisque socket head has three different faces, of which two are hidden under a cardboard hood and the third revealed at the front; the alternate faces can be revealed by twisting the brass knob at the top of the head. One face depicts a sleeping child, one a brown glass-eyed crying child with molded tears, and the third a brown glass-eyed laughing child. With original twill-over-carton torso and upper limbs, composition lower limbs, all original antique costume and undergarments.
