Antique German Bisque Head Doll with french body, for French market.

Dolly face child doll size 8, 17" tall (43 cm), bisque socket head, blond mohair wig, sleep glass eyes, feathered eyebrows, pierced ears, open mouth, jointed french composition body. The doll wearing antique shoes, underwear, dress and hat. Marked on the head "Simon & Halbig 1078 Germany S&H, "8". Genuine estate piece in very good condition. There does not appear to be any cracks or breaks, eyes are clear and bright , beautifully painted eyelashes and detail.
