For the French market,circa 1890. Very beautiful, tatr and well-preserved delightful toy with luxury details .
A wooden base with spoked iron wheels is decorated with lithographed paper with paper border. Atop the base are three dolls. Two Heubach character doll in original stripped dresses are seated on a high wooden swing One clown between two small dolls with painted face and original costume and with balance cane in his hands.

When pulled along,playful movements occur. Condition: generally excellent,slight costume fading.
