Sailor-style cap of black oiled cloth for waterproof protection has band decorated with black grosgrain ribbon and gold letting "Mignon".
Black silk twill lines the interior with gold stamp "Gds. Magasins du Louvre Chapeaux 64".
Good condition to age.

For french bebe about 24-26" tall.
