The blue wool middy blouse has set-in short sleeves with navy blue turned up ends, front opening, narrow blue collar in front extending to wide squared collar at the back. With matching navy blue pleated skirt that attaches to blouse with pearl buttons at front and back, decorated with red silk bow. And with wonderful matching cape with gold letters "Toulon" (Toulon is the first French military port).

Very beautiful sailor costume for your small french bebe about 11-12" (28-30 cm), Bleuette size!
