Very nice antique original white cotton pinafore dress with horizontal ribbing pattern has fitted bodice with box-pleats at the front, rounded neckline, long sleeves with cuffs, original sash with, closure at the back with tiny pearl buttons, decorated with white cotton trim wth red embroidery and three silk red buttons at the front..

Very good condition to age.

Measures 11" (28 cm) length, 6" (15 cm) shoulders, 6" (15 cm) sleeve, free waist.
Fit for bebe doll about 19-29" (48-52 cm) tall.
