Of narrow horizontally-banded white cotton pique, the high-waisted dress has box-pleated back skirt with cotton lace edging, flat-cut flared front panel with cotton lace, elaborate overall soutache trim, long coat sleeves with cuffs, rounded collar, two pearl buttons closure at the back.
