Solid domed bisque shoulderhead turned slightly to the right, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, human hair wig, antique muslin stitch-jointed body wit wooden arms, wonderful antique batiste gown, wax headdress, undergarments, vintage leather shoes.
She has an antique original Paris store Box. Condition: generally excellent. Her bisque head is free of hairlines, cracks, chips, or restoration. She is an outstanding example with the desirable face unique to closed-mouth Kestners. Her body is in very good, sturdy condition with just some loosening of the painting on the hands. 21" (53cm) tall. Kestner, circa 1885. I DO A LAYAWAY.
