This is a really lovely Wax over Papier Mache antique doll in antique original dress and hat.
She has a wax over composition shoulder head on a stuffed cloth body with wax over composition lower arms.
Gorgeous blue sleep glass eyes (rare for a wax doll), multi-stroke painted brows, closed mouth, original blond mohair wig.
Dressed in a very pretty circa 1880s Alsatian dress with embroidery, gathered waist, antique original cotton pantaloons and sleep, antique boots. She hasn't any marks.
Very good condition.
The wax on the head is generally in very good condition. No repairs. A charming young lady.
