Each is of pressed felt with painted facial fetures, the boy with chubbier face and blonde mohair wig, the girl with more slender older face and auburn mohair wig, painted brows eyes, stitched ears, closed mouth, jointed arms and legs. The girl wears blue cotton sailor dress, petticoat, pantalets, white stockings, black strap shoes, and carries a jump rope. The boy wears white middy shirt and sailor cap, green felt shorts, red woolen stockings, white shoes and carries a toy boat.

Boy has paper label indicating "Arthur R John Wright #97/500".
They are were an exclusive edition for The Toy Shoppe,The Enchanted Doll,and Hobby Center Toys. The set was produced in 1987-89 in a number edition of 500.
