Pressed bisque socket head, large blue glass enamel inset eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecut, painted lashes with feathered highlights, mauve blushed eyeshadow, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pale outlined lips, pierced ears, mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden eight-loose-ball-jointed body with straight wrists.
Very beautiful model of early bebe has appealing shy expression, excellent bisque and painting, original body and body finish, antique dress, undergarments.....

Condition: generally excellent.

Marks: 4 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Emile Jumeau, circa 1878, his early model bebe.
