Very nice mignonette or small doll bedroom by French company LA MAISON BADEUILLE (1890s).
A wooden framed box-shaped room with stage front has rose patterned wall-paper and flowers-petterned floor.
An illusion of window is created by reflective tin panels arranged behind silk and lace curtains. Wooden canopies with silk pleated trim border the top of the curtains. The room is fitted with aqua wooden bedroom ensemble trimmed with gold paper edging and decorative floral decoupage and having pale pink sateen upholstery and bed fittings.

The set comprises bed with canopy top and silk curtains, night table, two arm chairs and two straight chairs, a toilet table with psyche mirror, two lithographed prints with pressed tin or cardboard frames hang on the wall. The set including original silk and lace blanket, hand crocheted off white rug, pillow, hand embroidered napkin, clothes labels with paper mark of French shop.

Really very charming and rare French room for Mignonette Doll (the doll on the picture 4.5").
