This is a wonderful and beautiful all bisque Kewpie doll dressed in her exquisite original russian costume. She has a delicately pained face and softly blushed cheeks. Her all bisque body has jointed limbs and most rare are her gold painted shoes. Just as special is her costume which includes a hat decorated with beads and her puffy lace sleeves. Her clothes have been sewn on but there is no indication of any damage to her bisque (fabric a little fragile because age).
The doll is 3 1/4" tall (8,5cm) and 4 1/2" (11,5cm) to the top of her hat.
