Rare Large Exhibition-size French Fashion Bisque Doll by Gaultier, size 12! Very lovely doll with fine delicate-complexioned bisque, sturdy original kid body.

She is 35" (88 cm.) Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, lushly painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, blond original mohair wig over cork pate, French kid body with gusset-jointing, stitched and separated fingers and toes.

She is wearing fine hand-made antique undergarments and antique original hat, antique leather shoes. The dress made of antique ivory silk and decorated with antique cutwork.

Marks: F.G. 12 (shoulders). Francois Gaultier, circa 1870. Condition - generally excellent. No hairlines, cracks, any damages.
