Rare french toy SERAPHIN DES ENFANTS.
A colorful heavy cardboard box has cover scene depicting a theatre with children watching the performance, and inside is a heavy paper-board opaque paper stage with fold-down curtain. This paper stage allowing the silhouettes to be shown behind. The box Included are a large number of die-cut heavy silhouettes including differents figures, animals, people with animated limbs, as well as props and background pieces.

Good condition to age. French, circa 1870.
