Antique French French Bisque Poupee for Maison Simonne
Bisque swivel head on bisque shoulderplate, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, pierced ears, mohair wig over cork pate, French poupee kid body with shapely torso, gusset-jointing hips and knees, bisque hands, lovely antique original costume, undergarments, hat, vintage leather shoes.
Very fine quality of bisque with delicate complexion and brilliant eyes.

Condition: generally excellent.

French, Circa 1865, the Maison Simonne, considered one of the most prestige doll shops in Paris, commissioned exclusive dolls for its clientele, each bearing the name of the shop.
