Wonderful Antique French Piano - Music Box - for display with french fashion doll or bebe, circa 1890.
The wooden-framed piano is covered with tin panels having embossed and painted designs of musical cherubs in a classical theme, and rests upon gilded fancy metal lets. The lid hinges open to reveal a silk brocade lined interior with two hollow compartments and a middle compartment hiding the musical comb. When wound at underside, and lid opened, the music plays. Marked Made in France, Modele Depose in gold lettering. Very good condition. Circa 1890. Measures 13" (33 cm.) length. ------------------------------------ I DO A LAYAWAY NO STATE SALES TAX!
