15.5" (39 cm) Wonderful Jumeau doll with crying mechanism and rare sleep eyes

Bisque socket head, large brown glass sleep eyes with early deposed sleeping eye system, dark eyeliner, lushly-painted lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows with decorative glaze, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, human blond wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with crying mechanism (it is working very good).

Condition: generally excellent. Red mark DEPOSE TETE JUMEAU 6 and artist check marks on head.

Rare model with entrancing large brown eyes and deposed sleeping system, original body, antique batiste dress, undergarments, stockings, leather red shoes.
