This 14 inch tall doll, circa the late 19th century, was manufactured in Paris, France, by Jullien. Many of the bisque heads were produced by Gaultier.
Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brush-stroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, outlined lips, porcelain teeth, pierced ears, brunette human hair wig,French composition and wooden fully-jointed body.
She is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The composition and wood body is original with the original finish.

Miss Jullien wears a lovely antique original dress and bonnet. This includes a factory chemise, pantaloon and underskirt.
She has a great character face. If you love character dolls and want to venture into the world of the French bebes, here is a great opportunity.
