wonderful princess style dress features rounded neckline, widely flared sides, box pleats that extend down the entire front and back of the dress, centering a scalloped band at the center front with two fabric covered buttons and two hidden pearl buttons and hand made holes, with coat sleeves, the hem and cuffs with scalloped edge, decorated with blue cotton ribbon and cotton lace.
