Pressed bisque socket head with very plump rounded facial shape, small brown glass enamel inset eyes in almond shaped eye sockets, dark eyeliner, short painted lashes, mauve blushed eye shadow, brush-stroked brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears with blue earrings, mohair wig, composition fully-jointed Steiner early body with straight wrists. Very good condition, her bisque is excellent and free of haurlines, restoration, any damages. Jules Steiner, unmarked Series A model, circa 1880. Very rare early model with superb character expression, very fine quality of bisque, original body, wearing lovely antique aqua silk dress and matching bonnet, antique underwear and leather shoes. 16" (41 cm) tall.
