An exquisitely romantic antique doll dress, skillfully crafted from ivory silk and fine lace, and lavishly adorned with delicate pink silk roses and green ribbon leaves.
The fitted bodice features a gracefully gathered lower front panel framed by vertical garlands of tiny ribbon roses. It has a round neckline with a "Bertha" collar and short, sheer sleeves accented by wide bands of distinctive antique lace and small floral appliqués.
The shaped side panels are gathered with lace detailing and embellished with large, soft silk rosettes surrounded by miniature ribbon roses. Beneath this lies a fine lace underskirt, creating a beautiful, airy, and refined silhouette. At the back, a wide ivory silk satin sash is tied into a large bow.
The dress fully lined with white fabric and fastens at the back with small hooks.
